Adways Group Human Rights Policy

The Adways Group’s corporate purpose is to deliver "What is this? Amazing — I’ve never experienced anything like it before!" to the world, and to expand the potential of every individual. We therefore believe that respecting human rights is fundamental to all of our business activities, and set forth the following policy for fulfilling that responsibility.

  1. 01 Compliance with Laws and Regulations Related to Human Rights

    The Adways Group supports and respects international human rights norms, including the International Bill of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. This policy is also formulated in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

  2. 02 Scope of Application

    This policy applies to all officers and employees of the Adways Group, including executives, full-time employees, contract employees, part-time staff, and temporary workers. We also expect all stakeholders involved in our business activities to understand and comply with this policy.

  3. 03 Prohibition of Human Rights Violations

    The Adways Group respects the diverse values, individuality, and privacy of all individuals, and does not engage in any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, place of origin, religion, educational background, physical characteristics (including illness), sexual orientation, or gender identity. We always stand in the other person’s position and treat everyone with equal respect.

  4. 04 Promotion Structure

    To implement this policy, the Adways Group oversees compliance and the status of implementation through its Sustainability Committee.

  5. 05 Remedy and Remediation

    When the Adways Group becomes aware that its business activities have directly caused or contributed to negative human rights impacts, it will implement or cooperate in appropriate remedies and remediation through appropriate means.

  6. 06 Education and Training

    The Adways Group will continuously provide all officers and employees with the necessary education and awareness activities to embed this policy in its business operations.

  7. 07 Disclosure of Information

    The Adways Group will disclose information on its human rights initiatives in a timely and appropriate manner on its website and through other channels.
