A members-only sauna for dedicated sauna enthusiasts who find once or twice a week simply not enough.*Members can visit whenever they like — before work, between meetings, after hours, on weekends, on sleepless nights, or after a workout.
Walk-in use without membership is available at select locations.
We currently operate four locations — Roppongi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza — with plans to expand to a total of 200 locations, primarily in Tokyo and across the Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu regions.

Old Rookie Sauna Hotel is a hotel where every room is equipped with a full-spec sauna room and a chiller-cooled cold plunge bath.
At a regular sauna, men and women cannot enter together, and you cannot chat with friends freely. Private sauna rooms have time limits, so you never truly relax. We offer a space where sauna is always there — available whenever you want it: after finishing an episode of your favorite drama on VOD, between desk work sessions, or the moment you wake up. Our goal is simple: once guests check in, we aim to keep them inside for all 19 hours until checkout. (Of course, guests are always free to come and go as they please.)

Old Rookie Cafe
Old Rookie Cafe is an exclusive retreat for smokers, designed to cause absolutely no inconvenience to non-smokers. It is a dedicated café space where smokers can relax and enjoy a cigarette at any time. Both traditional cigarettes and heated tobacco products are welcome. The café features a large-capacity ventilation system and double-door structure, creating a comfortable environment free from smoke and odor.
We are targeting 1,000 locations nationwide, primarily in Tokyo.
