Corporate Code of Conduct
The Adways Group is committed to being a company that brings satisfaction to all who are involved with us. In accordance with a spirit of legal compliance, we fulfill our social responsibilities as a good corporate citizen and remain a company of lasting value to society. To that end, we have established the following Corporate Code of Conduct and will put it into practice.
- 01.We develop and provide products and services that are genuinely valued, useful, and reliable, with full consideration for the protection of personal and customer information, and we earn the satisfaction and trust of our customers.

02.We conduct all commercial transactions in strict compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain fair and transparent business practices through initiatives addressing brand protection and fraud prevention for our business partners.
In our dealings with political and administrative matters, we also follow a spirit of legal compliance and maintain a sound and appropriate relationship as a company. - 03.We respect the individuality and character of every employee, provide a safe and comfortable working environment, and promote a positive, energetic workplace where everyone can find meaning and fulfillment in their work.
- 04.We disclose corporate information to shareholders, customers, business partners, and other stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner, pursuing highly transparent business practices and deepening society’s understanding of our activities.

- 06.In our international business activities, we comply with international rules and local laws, respect local cultures and customs, and operate in ways that contribute to the development of both.
- 07.We fully recognize that addressing global environmental issues and building an eco-conscious society will become an increasingly shared challenge for humanity, and we act from the perspective that this is an essential requirement in all our domestic and international activities.

Our management recognizes that realizing the spirit of this Charter is their responsibility. They lead by example and ensure its principles are fully understood and implemented throughout the company and its subsidiaries.
They also remain attuned to both internal and external voices, build effective internal systems, and uphold rigorous standards of corporate ethics.
Should any situation arise that violates this Charter, our top management will publicly demonstrate their commitment to resolving it — internally and externally — investigate root causes, work to prevent recurrence, disclose information promptly and accurately, fulfill accountability, and impose strict disciplinary measures, including upon themselves, with clearly defined authority and responsibility.
