After joining Adways in 2007, he led the launch of new media properties. In October 2009, he became Product Lead for JANet, the PC-based affiliate advertising service. He subsequently contributed to launching new services, including AppDriver, a mobile ad delivery service for smartphones. In October 2012, he was appointed Head of the New Business Development Office. He became Executive Officer in April 2014 and Senior Executive Officer in January 2016. He was appointed Director in June 2016 and has served as President & CEO since July 2021.

Founder of the Adways Group. He established Adways Agency — the predecessor to Adways — in 2000, then founded Adways Inc. in Osaka in February 2001. He served as President & CEO from founding and has held the position of Chairman of the Board since July 2021.

He joined Fuji Film Corporation in 2001, where he was engaged in international marketing for photographic products. He joined Adways in 2006, handling the mobile advertising business. After a tenure at Dentsu Razorfish Inc., he returned to Adways as Head of the Mobile Advertising Business. He was appointed Executive Officer in 2011 and Director in June 2013.

He joined Adways as a new graduate in 2007. After serving as Head of the Internet Advertising Business from April 2010, he was appointed Executive Officer overseeing Advertising in April 2013. He took charge of global marketing in 2015 and was appointed Senior Executive Officer in January 2016. While serving as Director of various overseas subsidiaries, he has also overseen the overall management strategy of the Adways Group. He has held the position of Director since June 2019.

After joining Adways in March 2006, he served as Head of Corporate Planning, overseeing capital policies and M&A transactions, including the listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market and a capital tie-up with Itochu Corporation. He has since built a consistent career in administration, becoming Head of the Administration Division in September 2008. He was appointed Executive Officer overseeing Administration in April 2009 and Senior Executive Officer (Administration) in April 2011. He currently oversees finance, accounting, IR, and general affairs.

After joining Adways as a new graduate in April 2006, he handled JANet, the PC-based affiliate advertising service. He left the company in 2009, and in June 2009 was appointed Director of Wano Inc. (currently serving). In June 2016, he became President & CEO of EDOCODE Inc. (currently serving), a subsidiary of Wano Inc. He rejoined Adways in January 2023 as Senior Executive Officer and President & CEO of ADWAYS DEEE Inc.

After joining Adways as a new graduate in April 2003, he launched Smart-C, the mobile affiliate advertising service, and grew it into Japan’s No. 1 mobile affiliate service by transaction volume. He was appointed Executive Officer of Adways in 2008 and Director in June 2010. He currently serves as Executive Officer overseeing the Influencer Business and concurrently serves as President & CEO of Influencer Investment Holdings Inc. and 774 Inc.

Hiroki Saito
After joining Adways in March 2007, he handled JANet, the PC-based affiliate advertising service. He became Head of the Internet Advertising Business in April 2014 and was appointed Division Head of the Domestic Advertising Business Division in January 2019. He also concurrently serves as Director of preheat Inc. He was appointed Executive Officer for the Domestic Advertising Business in July 2022.

After joining Adways as a new graduate in April 2010, she handled Smart-C, the mobile affiliate advertising service. She subsequently worked as a web designer and director in advertising design production. After serving as Head of the Design Division from April 2017, she was appointed Deputy Division Head of the Design area within the Domestic Advertising Business Division in October 2021. She has served as Executive Officer overseeing Communication Design since January 2024.

NAKA Daisuke
Daisuke Naka
He joined the Adways Group in August 2008 through the acquisition of the business company he was leading as Business Head, and was appointed Director of that company. He transferred to Adways Inc. in May 2012, subsequently serving as Product Manager in the Development Division, Director of Group subsidiaries, and Head of the Internet Advertising Business, before being appointed Division Head of the Domestic Advertising Business Division in January 2023. He has served as Executive Officer overseeing the Advertising Agency Business since July 2025.
