Adways' Listing Market to Change to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

December 7, 2020 Adways Inc. (Head Office: Tokyo, CEO: Haruhisa Okamura, hereinafter referred to as Adways) announces the change in its listing market from the Mothers of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 7, 2020. We would like to express our deep appreciation for the support we have received to date from shareholders, business partners, and all of our other stakeholders.

<Message from Haruhisa Okamura, CEO>
I would like to convey a message to everyone who has supported our company and thank them all.

Our company was established in 2001 in an apartment in Shin-Osaka. It only had a single six-tatami mat room and we would sleep and work there every day. That company has now successfully changed its listing market to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange where many of Japan’s leading companies are listed.

When our company was established, it was very much a startup―with an environment and conditions that were generally hard to say were good. However, even under such circumstances, our employees overcame various difficulties and worked hard for the growth and future of Adways.
Even after that, despite the fact that there are many other companies in the world, they chose Adways and worked hard for us. Seeing their hard work, I felt powerless and frustrated at myself, but at the same time I was determined to someday make Adways a better company to repay their hard work, and I have managed the company only to realize that. With the belief that I am able to repay our employees somewhat by being able to change the listing market to the First Section of the Tokyo Exchange Stock and make their parents a little happier, I am full of emotion.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders, including individual investors, institutional investors, and corporate investors who have believed in our company and supported us even when our share price fluctuated due to our business performance. Also, to the companies and individuals who do business with us. And, ofcourse, our employees. To the families who have raised and supported them (including my parents) and all others surrounding Adways, thank you.

With the listing on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 7, 2020, Adways has joined the group of Japan’s leading companies. Until now, we have been supported by many people and companies. But from now on, we will strive to embody our slogan "OMG, This is Amazing" and although we are in the midst of the difficulties with the COVID-19 pandemic, I would like to do our best and put my efforts into corporate management so that we can become a company that can lead the Japanese economy like our predecessors, even if it is only to a small extent.

To all who are reading this press release: As we have much more to achieve, we would be most grateful for your continued support.
