Bulbit’s fully automated marketing platform, UNICORN, partners with Apple Search Ads to develop fully-automated App Store ad publishing

(Head Office: Tokyo, CEO: Sho Yamada) is pleased to announce that UNICORN, its fully-automated marketing platform for mobile apps, has partnered with Apple Search Ads provided by Apple Inc. (Head Office: California, CEO: Tim Cook). This allows UNICORN to fully automate ad publishing for Apple Search Ads through its automated real-time bidding optimization and publishing logic.

Apple Search Ads helps marketers with app discovery by offering them the opportunity to directly expose their apps at the top of relevant search results on the App Store towards the users having interests in the key words. This service is now available in selected markets across North America, Asia Pacific and Europe, including the U.S, Japan, and the U.K.

Conventional keyword targeting advertisement which requires manual operation takes an enormous amount of time and knowledge due to the infinite number of options for keyword selection and targeting design. This partnership allows UNICORN to make precise bidding by analogically inferring effective keywords from App Store descriptions and official website information, generating words, automatically bidding on CPT*, publishing, and fine-tuning of audience definitions.

Starting with expanding the sources for extracting trend words on the App Store and keywords used on game strategy and news sites, we are aiming to develop full automation of Apple Search Ads publishing in the end.
